LIMITED REGISTRATION CONTRACT
This animal is sold with LIMITED AKC REGISTRATION as well as SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENTS, and may NOT be used for breeding. Your puppy must be altered between 6-7 months. When I get the neuter certificate., I will send you limited AKC registration papers. You can compete in any AKC competition with limited registration other than conformation. No warranties or guarantees, expired or implied are made under this contract except as stated below.
1. The health of this animal is guaranteed for three (3) working days through examination by a Veterinarian at the option of expense of the buyer. If the dog is found to be of unsatisfactory health and written documentation of the condition is presented, the seller shall refund 100% of the purchase price (minus the deposit). If this animal is not examined by a Veterinarian within three(3) working days of purchase all guarantees are void.
2. We warranty our puppies against genetic defects that limit ’s the dogs ability to fulfill the purpose for which he/she was purchased. We expect our buyers to be reasonable in their expectation of us. This animal is guaranteed to be free of life threatening hereditary crippling/disabling defects visible by 36 months of age. Determination of a life threatening hereditary defect is to be made by the unanimous agreement of two veterinarians agreeable to both parties. One of these veterinarians is to be a tenured faculty member of an accredited University Veterinary Teaching Hospital or Board Certified in the applicable specialty. Cost is to be assumed by the buyer.
The Seller shall:
Replace with the next available prospect provided or
Refund of 100% of cost of original dog. ( minus deposit fee)
3. This Animal is not guaranteed against parvo-virus or any other viral or bacteria related sickness of disease that the animal may contract or for any unforeseen accidents that may occur the moment the animal leaves the home of birth.
4. If the buyer decides to sell or otherwise dispose of the dog, Buyer agrees to never place this dog in the SPCA.
5. Buyer agrees to: Annual veterinary checkups, to keep all immunizations current according to AVMA guidelines; to provide adequate housing according to State Law; to confine the animal to a fenced yard or kennel run or walk on a leash but not restrain on a rope or chain in the backyard for unlimited amounts of time!
6. This dog is sold with a Limited AKC Registration and may not be used for breeding purposes.
