It is the responsibility of the client to provide proof of vaccination for each animal attending Promised Land Kennels.  Dogs whose shots are not up-to-date will not be allowed to attend.  The following vaccinations must be up-to-date within 5 days prior to attendance. We will call your vet to verify immunizations.

This is a contract between Promised Land Kennels., (here after called “Kennel”) and the pet owner whose signature appears below (hereinafter called “Owner”). Should owner’s agent sign this contract for said owner, then all terms of this contract shall apply to owner and owner’s agent. Owner waives any claims against Kennel for loss or damages to said dog(s), due diligence and care having been exercised. It is expressly agreed by Owner that Kennel’s liability shall in no event exceed the current value of a pet of the same species. Owner has given Kennel permission to care for said dog(s) and understands that Owner is solely responsible for any damage or harm caused to or by said dog(s). Owner agrees that in entrusting said dog(s) to the Kennel, they have relied on Owner’s representation that said dog(s) is/are in good health and has not harmed or shown aggressive behavior toward any person or dog prior to this date. If said dog(s) becomes seriously ill and Owner’s designated veterinarian is not available, Kennel will consult a vet of their choice; the Owner shall pay all such expenses promptly. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, or as the result of any claim or controversy involving the alleged negligence by any party to this contract, shall be steeled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by an arbitrator may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall, as part of his award, determine and award to the prevailing party of the costs of such arbitration and reasonable attorney’s fees of the prevailing party.
